Advanced Aircrew Academy Adds New eLearning Modules to its Comprehensive Catalog

Charleston, SC, November 1, 2016 — Advanced Aircrew Academy announces they have recently added five new eLearning modules to their comprehensive library of web-based training.
The new modules include Continuous Descent Final Approach (CDFA), Required Navigation Performance (RNP), Runway Analysis, and two from Convergent Performance on Automation Airmanship and Flight Discipline.
The CDFA module is designed for training compliance with Operation Specification or Letter of Authorization C073 Vertical Navigation (VNAV) Instrument Approach Procedures (IAP) Using Minimum Descent Altitude (MDA) as a Decision Altitude (DA) / Decision Height (DH) and mitigating the hazard of controlled flight into terrain on approaches.
The RNP module is designed for training compliance with Operation Specification or Letter of Authorization B036 Oceanic and Remote Operations and C063 Area Navigation (RNAV) and Required Navigation Performance (RNP) Terminal Operations.
The Runway Analysis module addresses how a runway analysis product differs from TERPS criteria in the design of departure procedures and risk management considerations for operational use of a runway analysis product.
