  • July 4, 2013
At the Partnership for Corporate Aviation Training (PCAT) Safety Smackdown, Advanced Aircrew Academy presented a check from the successful Safety Clickdown program to fund PCATs scholarship program. PCAT is proud to work with the National Flight Academy providing scholarships to the Ambition program for top high school students interested in a career in aviation.

Scholarship recipients live for six days aboard the world’s largest simulated aircraft carrier, a facility surrounded by advanced technology, flight simulators, and virtual reality games. Students in the 7-12th grade with an interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) can get more information on the scholarships at http://www.p4cat.org/scholarships.htm.

The unique Safety Clickdown program offered by PCAT and Advanced Aircrew Academy supplements classroom training with a comprehensive library of eLearning modules. A portion of the proceeds from the Safety Clickdown program funds the scholarship program.

See the article in General Aviation News about the scholarships.
