At the Partnership for Corporate Aviation Training (PCAT) Safety Smackdown, Advanced Aircrew Academy presented a check from the successful Safety Clickdown program to fund PCATs scholarship program. Advanced Aircrew Academy announces a new International Standard for Business Aircraft Operators (IS-BAO) tool designed to assist operators in assessing annual changes to the Standard. Each year, International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) publishes a revised Standard. IS-BAO registered operators must be aware of, interpret, document, and implement the changes applicable to their operation. Interpreting what the new IS-BAO language means can require an advanced degree in IS-BAO, which is a resource not always readily available in busy flight departments.
