Regency Air made the decision to switch to Advanced Aircrew Academy from another online training provider because their POI would not accept generic Part 135 training for operator specific required training events.
Tim Lomakin, Chief Pilot, said "we were bringing all the pilots into the office for annual training to supplement the online training events. Our pilots were spending days completing the online material, only to have us repeat some information in-house, which was inefficient and not a good use of our resources."
